Recently, Hytera President Chen Qingzhou spoke at the 2010 Shenzhen-Hong Kong Official Forum, sponsored by Shenzhen and Hong Kong governments. President Chen was invited as a winner of 2010 Shenzhen Mayor Quality Award by the forum and gave a keynote speech on "Performance excellence & High-quality city".
Mr. Chen Qingzhou said at the Forum: "Performance Excellence Model provides an effective way for corporations to enhance their competitiveness.
