Hytera Showcases Total Convergence Solutions at Chinese Police Equipment Exhibition

Hytera Communications exihibited it 'Total Convergence solutions' at the 8th China International Exhibition on Police Equipment (CIEPE), held in China National Convention Center, Beijing, during May 17-20, 2016.

CIEPE, hosted by the Ministry of Public Security, gathers the most advanced police equipment, including equipment for communications and anti-terrorism activities and weapons.

At CIEPE, Hytera officially demonstrated Total Convergence solution which integrates broadband and narrowband networks and multi-mode smart terminals. Is also provides end-to-end voice, data and video services, as well as applications from simplex voice to complex multimedia and data transmission.

The Total Convergence solution, features a more intelligent, faster switch that offers more possibilities. Therefore the solution satisfies the demand of users working in various environments.

The Hytera booth consisted of three areas - Command & Control Centre, Comprehensive Application and Convergence of Broadband and Narrowband.

  • The Command & Control Centre showcased integrated command and control solution for police. The solution integrates image, video, communication and dispatching, which can greatly improve police’s efficiency in handling with emergencies and realize police's command and control demand with precise information, fast response and rational decision.
  • The display area of Convergence of Broadband and Narrowband showcased infrastructure and equipment for converging broadband and narrowband networks, a network management system and dispatching system to support for a nationwide communications network.
  • The display area of Comprehensive Application showcased Hytera's solutions for mega events, anti-terrorism activities and police patrolling which ask for reliable and rigorous communication services.


During the exhibition, the booth attracted a large number of visitors and media like China Central Television, the predominant state television broadcaster in People's Republic of China.
