Hytera Communications Shareholders Approve Acquisition of Sepura
According to RNS, the news service from the London Stock Exchange, Hytera Communications Corp. yesterday said its shareholders have passed the resolutions necessary to approve its acquisition of UK critical communications firm Sepura PLC.
The Acquisition remains subject to the Conditions and certain further terms described in the Rule 2.7 Announcement which will be set out in the Scheme Document currently expected to be despatched to Sepura Shareholders (along with the notice of the Court Meeting and the General Meeting and the Forms of Proxy) on 16 January 2017.
Hytera and London-listed Sepura agreed the GBP74.0 million deal in December. Under the terms, Hytera will pay 20.00 pence a share for Sepura, a 36% premium to Sepura's closing price on November 3, the day prior to the pair entering talks.
Shares in Sepura were trading flat at 19.50p on Thursday 5-1-2017.
