The Indoor Positioning system can track any Bluetooth device, each device has its own identity and can be monitored when it moves from one zone to the next.

Examples of Bluetooth devices can include MOTOTRBO radios that are equipped with Bluetooth dongles or any Bluetooth capable device. The IPS system uses a LAN network to create a fast and efficient way to send location data in real time. This is the only system that can guarantee real time indoor location tracking and it provides the ability to search and view a staff members location to immediately see where resources are available.
