Psyciatric institution selects Zonith's DMR based panic and positioning solution
The regional psychiatric institution Saxenhøj at the island of Lolland in Denmark, have selected Zonith's Alarm Control System software and combined indoor- and outdoor positioning solution for protection of their staff.
The solution is based on Motorola's MOTOTRBO digital radio communication. The staff will carry radios equipped with a panic button, GPS and Bluetooth. Zonith's Bluetooth positioning solution will accurately give the position of the staff when in distress inside buildings and the GPS function will give the position of the staff when outside. If a panic button is pressed the other staff members will receive information about the alarm and accurate information about the position of the staff member in danger.
