Entropia Digital Executes Capital Increase of £ 1,6 MIO in the UK

Tait Communications and Entropia Digital signed end 2014 a long term contract for wide-area PMR communications in the UK. Tait Communications supplies a 700+ logical channel DMR Tier-3 network to Entropia based on available frequency spectrum in the UK. The network offers a flexible subscription service including a radio, based on a fixed fee per month and per user.The customer does not need to invest in hardware, nor infrastructure.

The wide-area PMR network started it's first coverage in London early this year, which is the most difficult area in spectrum acquisition.

Entropia's PMR switches are already installed in London and Brussels to guarantee Geographical redundancy and if needed, cross-border communications. Voice- and data calls are available and a showpiece of Entropia IT Solutions, ComBus dispatching, is offered. This ComBus platform is also available in Belgium and the Netherlands on all Entropia platforms. The UK is the 3rd country Entropia Digital copied it's blueprint businessmodel.

To guarantee the expansion of the network, Entropia executes a Capital increase of £ 1,6 Mio which brings the total Capital to £ 4 Mio in the UK.
