Hytera Communications to Establish new Office in Russia

The decision to establish a new office in Russia, was made during the latest Hytera Board of Directors meeting on August 6, 2015

Recently the Hytera Board of Directors held its 21st meeting on August 6, 2015. During that meeting the board discussed "the establishment of the Russian subsidiary". As a result of that meeting, the board agreed to set up a subsidiary of the company in Russia.

Russia's private communications markets are now more mature, with good industry standards and interphone system that offers Hytera a good potential for customers with a need for technology, high quality and service. With the private communications industry to gradually transition from analog to digital, digital products are now widely used in Russia. This offers a huge market space for the future.

Hytera acknowledged this opportunity and a rapid growth of business Russia in all regions. In recent years, local market demand is growing rapidly and in order to develop the local market efficiently, the establishment of local sales and customer service teams, a rapid response to customer demand and the need for better participation in local projects, is necessarily.

After the investment is completed, the Russian Hytera company will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Hytera Communications and will be established as follows:

  • Company Name: Hytera Communications (Russia) Limited (tentative name, name specific to the local industrial and commercial registration date);
  • Registered capital: 30 million rubles (about 2.921 million yuan); registration: Moscow, Russia;
  • Company Type: limited liability company;
  • Main business: professional wireless communications products sales and service
