Next Generation (NG) 911 is a complex issue and its success requires the support and collaboration of not just the 911 community, but of first responders, legislators, and the public. The National 911 Program has released a short video that explains the benefits of NG911 for all of these audiences. The video is free and available for use at conferences, in presentations, in one-on-one meetings or at town hall gatherings.
