Federal Engineering Selected for Naperville Dispatch Technology Upgrades

The City of Naperville, Illinois has selected Federal Engineering, Inc. (FE) to complete a Needs Assessment and create a Request for Proposal for the acquisition of a new Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) and Law Enforcement Records Management (RMS) software.

The CAD and MDT systems will, amongst its other capabilities, be used to dispatch 911 calls out to responders, map the call location in the dispatch center, provide Automated Vehicle Location (AVL) for responders in the field, and provide National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and (LEADS) access within the application.
