Together with the Brandenburg Authorized Body,BDBOS, the operator of the German Public Safety Communications TETRA network, recently exhibited during the Civil Protection Day in Potsdam. During this day, many aid organizations and authorities from the field of civil protection and disaster control presented their organizations.

Many families found their way to the BDBOS stand to ask for information, try the game "Codecracker", take quizzes, inspect the measuring vehicle or the mobile base station or at least pick up a balloon. The topic of recruiting young people and staff also attracted a great deal of attention.

Last but not least, the open-air exhibition "Committed - at work and in voluntary work" was very popular, as it fit the motto of the day "Participate. Contribute".

The civil protection day was initiated by the BMI, MIK Brandenburg and BBK.

Federal Minister of the Interior, Nancy Faeser, spoke on site and thanked the volunteers in particular, but also everyone involved for their commitment.
