The companies' objective is to enhance the safety and security of students, faculty, and staff by integrating RapidDeploy's next generation 911 (NG911) Radius Mapping solution with Singlewire's award-winning InformaCast technology. This integration will enable public safety to respond to critical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.

The partnership established between RapidDeploy and Singlewire will facilitate the smooth integration of panic button alert notifications from InformaCast into RapidDeploy's Radius Mapping platform, thereby empowering Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs). Local 911 agencies will receive data from InformaCast panic button notifications, which may contain location information, upon activation of a panic alarm. This will serve to improve situational awareness and streamline emergency response endeavors in the event of incidents occurring within educational institutions.
