Rakel now to offer temporarily TETRA network subscriptions
It is now possible to order temporarily emergency subscriptions to use the Rakel TETRA network in Sweden.
The subscription is a is a basic subscription which temporarely can activated at events or during a crisis to enhance critical communications for a limited time.
For example, the emergency preparedness subscription can also be used by a municipality or a county at a planned event or exercise. Additionally the subscription also can be used for temporary operations, when additional staff is needed.
The activated subscription has the same functionality as a regular basic Rakel subscription. When the subscription is not activated, it can be used as a walkie-talkie, in direct mode (DMO).
