Dutch police prepares new (TETRA) radio tender
The Dutch police is preparing a new tender for radios and other equipment on the C2000 emergency communications network.
The previous tender in February was stopped amid suspicions the requirements of the contract were highly tailored to just a few possible candidates.
The police said a new approach was developed based more on what the market has to offer. The tender procedure will be tested by external, independent advisers.
The aim is to publish the new tender before year-end.
