Gibson Quai-AAS was formed when Gibson Quai Pty Ltd acquired and merged with AAS Consulting Pty Ltd in July 2004. Gibson Quai-AAS and its predecessors Gibson Quai and Amos Aked Swift Pty Ltd, have been providing strategic, business and technical consulting services to a wide range of clients since 1983.

Gibson Quai-AAS also owns Telsyte, Australia’s leading telecommunications market and technology research company. Telsyte operate as a business unit of Gibson Quai-AAS. Through Telsyte and our ongoing consulting projects the company has a substantial database of pricing, industry and convergent technology information.

Gibson Quai-AAS is in turn owned by UXC Limited, one of Australia's leading business solutions companies listed on the ASX. Gibson Quai-AAS however continues to operate as a totally separate and independent consultancy and market research business. UXC provides the financial strength to enable Gibson Quai-AAS to undertake substantial assignments.
