MerlotPro

MerlotPro is a solution that serves different industries and their alert management.   MerlotPro is used in the alert centers and  in control rooms to receive and manage alerts and again to act based on the type of an alert.

The functionality of the MerlotPro takes the full advantage from different communication technologies including external phone, radio and messaging systems. MerlotPro can receive automatic alerts like fire-, burglary-, heating-, plumbing and ventilation alerts. Also the user can manually perform alerts based on phone calls or other indications . Based on the received alerts   MerlotPro can be configured to redirect the alerts and different documentation and instructions can be attached to alert messages.

MerlotPro enables the user to track resources and this way it supports the whole management chain in alerting system. This means being able to manage whole unit or single resource. Vehicles and persons can be tracked based on their GPS position and optimum routing can be performed between two locations. MerlotPro supports positioning standards in different authority networks.

Merlot Mobile provides similar functionality to receive alert information into the mobile unit. The mobile unit shows the alert on the map and makes it possible to manage target information. Also the user on the mobile unit can confirm the assignments, see own location on the map and calculate the optimum route.
