Motorola Solutions’ Brazil employee numbers have doubled since 2023, reflecting the company’s commitment to building a diverse, high-performing workforce drawn from all segments of society.

Motorola Solutions (NYSE:MSI), a global leader in public safety and enterprise security, is celebrating 45 years of innovation and growth in Brazil.

Opening its first office in Brasilia in 1979, Motorola Solutions' design center in the heart of Sao Paulo’s innovation district today is home to highly skilled engineers developing emergency management software that helps public safety agencies worldwide accelerate their response and resolution of incidents.

These innovative technologies unify voice, video and data feeds into command centers, simplifying workflows to help emergency services make decisions with greater focus, accuracy and speed.

Among them are the Brazilian Army, Military Police of the State of São Paulo, the prison systems in Manaus and Paraná, Paraíba and Piauí states, João Pessoa City Hall, and companies including Petrobras, Adecoagro, MetrôRio, Belo Horizonte City Hall, Companhia do Metropolitano de São Paulo (Metrô) and Socicam.

Its female workforce participation is above industry levels and it has retained 70% of interns from its 2023 intake.
