Land Mobile’s expert conference series is to re-visit Birmingham this September for its third instalment, giving delegates unique insight to the factors they need if considering upgrading their analogue PMR systems to digital.
At Bletchley Park in March earlier this year, delegates heard that Ofcom perceives 70% of PMR usage to be digital by 2020, with the figure sitting at 7% in early 2011. Anticipating a tenfold increase of adoption within a decade is a clear indication that most of the expected migration to digital is yet to have happened
Migrating to Digital has already educated delegates to the benefits, risks and requirements of taking the jump to digital in Birmingham (September 2010) and Bletchley Park (March 2011).
