Following successful completion of the final certification process, RadLink Communications has now obtained Sepura Repair Centre status. Officially accredited as Sepura’s in-country Repair Centre for Australia and New Zealand, RadLink’s achievement strengthens Sepura’s global network of repair facilities which aim to improve further Sepura’s local support for its market-leading TETRA digital radios.
The new service centre will reduce the turn-around time for repairs and cost of carriage, whilst providing technically competent repair and maintenance in accordance with Sepura’s warranties and stringent quality standards. The certification process validates the skills of RadLink’s technical team and provides the customer with a trusted and more efficient solution for servicing and maintenance throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Doug Bowden, Senior Business Development Manager for Sepura commented “We have experienced significant growth in the region, and believe this in-country service facility will provide a far more expedient repair capability to support our ongoing commitment to deliver total customer satisfaction.”
Scott Manson, Projects Director for RadLink Communications concluded, “It's a win-win for customers - Sepura’s thorough accreditation process means they will still receive a high-level of technical competence in fault-finding and repair, but now it’s on their doorstep.”
