Hytera Mobilfunk Reacts on Motorola Solutions Filing in Düsseldorf
As of today, Hytera Mobilfunk GmbH states that the company has not formally received any official notification regarding the complaint.
Hytera Mobilfunk recently learned from a Motorola press release that Motorola Solutions has filed a complaint with local authorities in Düsseldorf regarding the XPT Digital Trunking feature used in only few specific Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) systems. As of today, Hytera Mobilfunk GmbH has not formally received any official notification regarding the complaint. Nonetheless, we believe that the allegations are groundless and we will contest them vigorously at the appropriate time.
