The general meeting of shareholders of Selex Elsag noted completion of the first phase of corporate reorganization, under which Elsag Datamat and Selex Communications merged to form a single company
The general meeting of shareholders of Selex Elsag noted completion of the first phase of corporate reorganization, under which Elsag Datamat and Selex Communications merged to form a single company. The corporate integration process is still in progress and will result in a unified Selex.
The meeting also nominated the new board of directors of Selex Elsag: Nazzareno Cardinali (chairman), Fabrizio Giulianini, Mario Orlando, Lorenzo Fiori and Gianmario Prato. The board assigned the chairman the necessary powers for running of the company.
