UK based product and software development company Channel 28 Ltd. is delighted to announce the appointment of Superyacht Spares b.v. as a key partner for their digital UHF communication product, CComm. C-Comm is an onboard radio system which uses the global DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) standard.

All crew communications remain secure using up to 256 bit encryption over recognised, allocated frequencies. Whilst providing digital, quality onboard communication, C-Comm systems comply with worldwide radio regulations and therefore ensure that Captains and yachts do not fall victim to enforced radio licensing legalities across various sailing destinations.

Superyacht Spares, specialists in the supply and support for yacht spare part requirements worldwide, will be working in partnership with Channel 28 to provide C-Comm to their customers for both new build and refit projects. C-Comm will be available from Superyacht Spares as a stand alone solution or as a fully integrated radio system, for example with integration to boat-wide control systems.

By working together, both Superyacht Spares and Channel 28 can ensure that customers receive vessel specific product solutions that are fully configured and scalable to client requirements. C-Comm is available from Superyacht Spares in a variety of formats from simple radio to radio comms to secure multi-vessel options allowing secure radio communication between main vessels, tenders and support ships via VSAT.

“We are very excited to be working in partnership with Superyacht Spares. Their global customer base, experience in technical product supply and knowledge of the industry, make them the ideal product partner for C-Comm”, comments Channel 28 Ltd Director Adrian Hicks.
