Under the partnership, Magdalene’s 350-employee will provide support and managed services to Tait’s clients across the UK, Ireland and into Europe as Tait’s preferred partner.
“This is a key step for both Tait, Magdalene and, crucially, our clients,” says Hans van der Linde, Tait's regional general manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. “Through this partnership, we can provide our clients with a market - leading offering of software, hardware, support and managed services in a unified solution.”
"Our partnership with Magdalene forms part of our continuing global strategy to work alongside key partners who truly understand local market. Together, we can deliver solutions that allow our clients to retain choice and achieve the business and mission critical outcomes they’re striving for.”
"We are delighted to have cemented our relationship with Tait and we are certain that this partnership will bring great benefits to their clients we support together," says Anthony Crane, Magdalene Managing Director.
“Magdalene’s expertise embraces all phases of the network lifecycle. Our deep experience in developing service concepts to meet specific network needs, allows our clients the freedom to focus attention on their core activities and to dedicate their own resources to bring the best benefits to their business, ” Mr Crane says.
Magdalene is an independent, full scope managed services organisation with 350 staff based across UK and Ireland. Magdalene is accredited to ISO9000, ISO 27001 for Information Security and OHSAS18001 for Health & Safety.
“We’ve worked with Magdalene many times before so this partnership is a natural next step for both organisations as our relationship grows and matures ,” says Mr van der Linde . “ Like Tait, Magdalene believes in providing clients with solution to fit the ir needs , not in a one-size-fits-all approach. We’re ideally suited.”
