BroadEU.NET Releases Call for Tender

The Contracting authority has chosen to award a Framework Contract through an open procedure.

On the 8th of  August 2024, BroadEU.Net project, funded by the European Unnion and gathering 15 national buyers, published a request to tender to develop a system to enable a Pan-European interoperable broadband system for Public Safety.

The Contracting authority has chosen to award a Framework Contract through an open procedure. The overall performance of the services will be organised in two specific contracts for two successive distinct periods: the initial period that will run until the 30th of June 2025 and the subsequent period that will run until the expiry date.

The estimated value (global) of the Framework Contract is EUR 2,200,000. It is specified that the estimated value for the services to be performed during the Initial Period is of EUR 1,283,333.33 EUR (HTVA) and EUR 916,666.67 during the Subsequent Period. 

The deadline for submissions is 13th September 2024, 12h00 CET.

No later than 28 August 2024, the Contracting Authority will publish the answers to the questions on the forum.
