Airwave to showcase TETRA Messenger at British APCO 2012

Airwave will be showcasing their innovative two-way messaging device - TETRA Messenger - to visitors and delegates attending British APCO 2012, which takes place from 16-17 April 2012.
TETRA Messenger, which was recently shortlisted in the category for Best TETRA Innovation at the inaugural International TETRA Awards 2012, is a secure, resilient alerting solution that provides two way messaging on the Airwave Network. The GPS functionality means that control rooms can pinpoint the whereabouts of on-duty responders and assists the management of their resources more effectively.

The pre-programmed responses (respond and react) can be easily integrated into existing control room systems giving the operators access to real-time updates.

Delegates attending British APCO 2012, which is taking place from 16-17 April 2012 at Manchester Central (previously Manchester GMEX), will be able to witness a live demonstration from Airwave’s products team.
